The Thomas Merton Group
Join us for this introductory meeting, with further dates and times to be determined.
From his becoming a Catholic until his untimely death in 1968, Thomas Merton shared his evolving understanding of the vital issues of the world and the richness of different spiritualities. Merton wrote over sixty books and hundreds of poems and articles on topics ranging from monastic spirituality to civil rights, nonviolence, and the nuclear arms race. Join Sr. Bobbi and others in learning about Merton’s life and writings.
